The house is located in the historical centre of Praiano, in the upper part. From its terrace looking south you can enjoy the breathtaking sunrise in front of you. From the main road you reach the apartment. If you have a car is easy finding a parking. With a walk of 10 minutes you arrive in the pebble beach of La Praia. Here there is everything you need: many typical restaurants, boat rental and diving school. If you like visit Capri every day there is a ferry service. From Praiano you reach in a few time Positano 6 km, Amalfi 9 km, Ravello 15 km and Sorrento 20 km.

NOTE: 90,00 EUR for final cleaning per week and 70 EUR for electric energy per week.
