This splendid villa, built in the early '900 century, is situated just on the beach of Praiano and a short distance from the city centre. From it you reach the bars and the typical restaurants offering excellent fresh fish dishes and the famous Pizza Napoletana, prepared with the traditional recipe, topped with tomatoes and fresh 'mozzarella di bufala'.

NOTE: 60,00 EUR for final cleaning per each week rented and 0,25 per Kw/h of electric energy used. € 100 per week for car parking.
